風呂（浴槽付き）のほか、シャワールームが2つあり、大人数でも快適。
屋上にサウナ・ベンチがあり、サウナ利用の有無によらず気持ち良く過ごせる。
寝室はベッドの数・広さも十分あり、空調完備のため、しっかり休める。
通り沿い・駅近で、電車・車ともにアクセスよい。
強いて言うなら、ガレージの扉が閉まるとなお良い。

well maintained and close to shops, huge place and big beds and ample rooms
no space to hang clothes in the rooms, there’s no vanity and small lavatory in the bath / shower area to put toiletries etc

La ubicación y apartamento en general
La primera habitación no tiene la altura mínima necesaria, no cabe una persona de pie(es un trastero).NO debería ser una habitación.
Solo hay un lavabo con espejo en toda la casa, faltan en los otros baños.
