Sofia's house

This is one of the best houses we've stayed in in Greece so far — it has everything you could think of and more. The hosts are wonderful people, the rare kind, kind and joyful. You can tell that renting this place isn't just about making money, it's about them wanting your stay to be as good as possible, and they definitely succeeded with us. The house has shade and trees around it, which makes it easy to cool down even in August — we didn't need to use the AC. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped, the bathrooms clean and stocked with everything you need. The house is nice and well organized. You can reach the beach in about 2 minutes, great if you like nighttime swimming, and the parking spot is under trees, keeping your car cool. Posidi is calm and perfect for families — shallow water for the kids and even a lifeguard on duty. This is truly a home away from home. Thank you for having us, and if we come to Kassandra again, we'll definitely stay with you.

That we only stayed 10 nights :(

We were welcomed with gifts, and we were also sent off with gifts. Together with my family, we had the most relaxing, safe, and wonderful holiday of our lives. Fotis and Sofia are truly amazing people. It was an honor and a pleasure to get to know them. They answered all of our questions immediately and were always ready to help whenever we needed anything. Their house is comfortable, spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every little detail has been carefully thought of, making you feel at home from the very first moment. The house is just a short walk from the beach, and there are tavernas and supermarkets nearby. The location is simply perfect, and the sea is absolutely beautiful. What more could anyone ask for? Thank you so much, Fotis and Sofia, for your wonderful hospitality. We hope to see you again soon!

Everything was perfect.

Very nice house which can accommodate up to 4-6 people. We felt like home. The house is equipped with everything you can think about and need for 1-2 weeks of vacation. Super close the beach and nice restaurants on the promenade. The hosts are super nice and welcoming. They even wait for you with some gifts like fresh fruits, sweets and even flip flops which they insist to get them back home with us. Also some small gifts when we left.

In full season there might be some extra noise from the upper neighbors.

Location was excellent. 2 mins walk from the bakery for coffee, front the beach and from all the restaurants.

There was no bbq available but I can understand that this is the policy for safety
