The location is right on the beach that has sand and shallow water. The apartment has everything you need (from beach chairs to washing machine and all the kitchen tools you need if you don't feel like going out to taverns).
Even if it hasn't air conditioning the apartment was cool enough). On the back side of the location there is a big parking lot and you don't have problems parking, and is just 100 m to the center and taverns.
We felt like home.
Even if it has 2 balconies you don't have privacy, because the separation wall is short and you and your neighbour's look right at each other. The apartment and the neighbor's use the same stairs and lobby.

Wonderful vacation with family. More than we expected having in mind the current pandemic situation. Safe and clean property, all protective measures had been taken.
The property has the most beautiful sunset in Kassandra. The beach is a few steps from the house, quiet, sandy, ideal for children. The owner is very polite, friendly and helpful!
We recommend this place to all families with children. Thank you Maria and Polydoros!
