The check-in was very fast, the lady could speak English, so there were no problems. The apartment is located perfectly: everything is very close yet no noise from any restaurants. A few very good breakfast places in the same block. The host is very responsive and quite helpful. The kitchen is modern and well equipped: pots, frying pans, sharp knives – everything is there. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. The apartment is spacious, clean and has fast internet. The air conditioners are quiet and do their job.

It was a bit disappointing to see a lot of light bulbs missing, so it made the stay a bit dark in the evenings. Any request required a bit of a back and forth with the host or the check-in lady. The air condition is only in the living room and the main bedroom, so the second bedroom has only a fan (also the beds there are quite squeaky). In the mornings the pigeons are quite noisy. The tap water has a bit of a taste. I wish there were bigger cups, not just one. It is expected that you buy all the supplies yourself, no welcome water, coffee tabs or tea bags.

Very friendly welcome by Alberto. Apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped. Location was very convenient for the historic centre but was quiet day and night. It felt safe walking back in the dark. Beds were comfortable.

As others mentioned, there was a smell of urine on the stairs. but this did not affect the apartment.
