Era amplio y estaba limpio.

The apartment is very nice, very pleasant and quiet, with comfortable beds. The person who greeted us--on a Sunday afternoon, which we really appreciated--was terrific. Very friendly, very thoughtful, and throughout our stay available for questions and requests.
The kitchen facilities were adequate but very cramped, and with no proper dish rack for drying washed items.

The apartment is on a centric location, 7 min walking from calle larios.
Supermarket, train station and the beach are all between 2 to 10 walking distance.
The host was excellent she replied to all my messages on a timely manner. Well done!
At the entrance on the main gate there was a constant smell of sewers.
The lift is very small and slow.

Location: near the beach, the mall, and good streets and shops.
Ugly views of old and shabby apartments from both sides.
Old and shabby furniture, curtains, beds, etc.
