A good apartment in a very convenient part of the city. The appliances all work well. We had one or two maintenance issues which were very quickly attended to. This was much appreciated. Their telephone and Whatsapp call-handling is excellent. The apartment is on the second floor, directly above a night club. It was generally a bit noisy late on Friday and Saturday nights, but the double glazing and good-quality roller blinds provided very good sound insulation. There was no need for heating or air conditioning during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
We were a bit short of enough bed linen for 24 nights. Otherwise, it was all good.

Great location, very clean but a strong, not offensive, odor as soon as one walks into the apartment. It seemed to dissipate very quickly. I would certainly stay here again and do recommend it.

Great kitchen with large fridge freezer. Near the supermarket
Coffee cups too small and wine glasses too big. Mould in shower not good.

Very nice flat with a perfect location in the peaceful Soho area.
We were missing a rug in the living room and something to hang our outerwear on in the hall.
