Sincai City Center Apartment

Het flatgebouw is niet het mooiste van Boekarest, maar binnen kom je in een uitstekend onderhouden, modern en comfortabel appartement. Het is aan de achterkant van het flatgebouw waardoor je geen last hebt van verkeerslawaai. De sleutels zijn gemakkelijk te vinden dankzij de duidelijke instructies van host Razvan. Het is een eenkamerappartement, met in de kamer een comfortabel bed met goed matras, een televisie met o.a. BBC World en CNN, goed uitgeruste keuken (alleen magnetron ontbreekt) met een klein elektrisch fornuis dat je uit de kast kunt halen. In de wandkast staat een moderne wasmachine. De badkamer is compact en de douche werkt uitstekend. Het balkon kan geheel worden afgesloten. De wifi werkt perfect. Alles is vlekkeloos schoon. Ook erg plezierig: het is erg heel stil want geen storende geluiden van de buren. De locatie is uitstekend. Op een paar minuten lopen is het metrostation Teneretului van waar het maar één halte is naar het centrum (Unirii Plein) met al zijn bezienswaardigheden. Meerdere supermarkten in de buurt. Ook een mooi park vlakbij. De communicatie met Razvan was zowel voorafgaand als tijdens het verblijf heel plezierig. Op iedere vraag krijg je supersnel een duidelijk en vriendelijk antwoord.

Pobyt tutaj był cudowny, blisko metro gdzie mozna wszedzie dojechać, obok są sklepy i piękny park, mieszkanie piękne i czyste. Pan zawsze pomagął i odpisywał szybko na wiadomości. Cudownie!

Great value for the money

The temperature was too low for me. The heating was made by a loud air conditioner

The location was good: lots of buses in the area to take you where you want and a beautiful park nearby. The decoration of the room is really pretty and the apartment is functional for a short stay. The airco works fine.

The bed is not so comfortable. The building interior is really creepy with a very old elevator that stopped once between two floors, we had quite a bit of a scare. But the worst part is the cockroaches INSIDE the apartment! One of them was huge and flying around, it took us one hour to manage to catch it. The owner just said he couldn't help us with the matter and he told us there would be a disinfection of the building the week after. The cockroaches are not the owner's fault as it appears to be a whole building problem BUT he rents the apartment being aware of the problem and this is absolutely not okay!
