Quiet and cozy place. Parking available inside the courtyard.
Kinda small room with a few spaces to deposit your clothes/other items.

Отличное расположение , цена = качество , достойно за свои деньги
Чистота была на 2 из 5 , много пыли , пауки на стенах , на балконе нас встретила пустая бутылка пива , и не очень приятный запах в номере когда мы заселились .
В номере нет холодильника , есть общий в коридоре

Buona la posizione abbastanza centrale. Buon calore distribuito. Carino l'arredamento minimale.
Struttura non pulita benissimo (lattine di birra vuote in balcone, un po di polvere sotto il letto) e maleodorante per le scale (puzza di chiuso e della moquette sulle scale).
Si trova in un cancello con accesso da dietro il giardino, poco illuminato, con pavimentazione non regolare... ha piovuto e bisognava star attenti a dove mettere i piedi.
Mancanza di sapone (il portasapone lo abbiamo trovato rotto e smontato) e bagnoschiuma.
Abbiamo ricevuto un telo doccia e tappeto bagno, neanche un'asciugamani - viso.
