The appartment is homely and offered everything needed for your stay. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen is very well equipped. Bathroom facilities are excellent and plenty of hot water. The sofa in the living room is generous. There are board games, video games and a library of books.
The area is quiet and is only a 5 minute drive, (20 minutes walk) into Newcastle and the beach. Tollymore forest park is a 20 minute walk in the other direction.
Next time I'm looking to stay in Newcastle I will return to Jill's home.

The use of multiple air freshners throughout the flat, used to try and hide the smell of gas from the gas boiler, situated in the entrance area of the accommodation.
