Customer service and transparency were very disappointing

The location is great, only few minutes away from the metro station.

The booking was made non-refundable and, immediately after payment and confirmation, an additional deposit was requested, which was not mentioned in the booking conditions. We were told the deposit would be returned within 4–7 days after checkout, but it was only refunded after 11 days, two phone calls, and multiple messages. We also had no access to sunlight or the terrace, as it was unavailable and blocked by shutters. The fridge was switched off upon arrival. Additionally, there were unusual rules stating that guests would be charged if electricity usage exceeded their expectations. Overall, the customer service and transparency were very disappointing.

Cómodo, bonito y bien comunicado!

Apartamento muy cómodo! A pesar de ser pequeño, tenía todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia.

El proceso para entrar al apartamento, aunque está muy bien descrito creo que para personas un mayores no sería sencillo. También el acceso al parking tenía un olor nauseabundo que preferiblemente era mejor entrar por el acceso de los carros, un par de veces nos encontramos con la puerta de acceso al parking cerrada, así que tuvimos que volver y entrar por el acceso de carros.

Impossible de profiter de la terrasse (jardin) un échafaudage étant monté sur la terrasse ( nous n'avions pas été prévenu à l'avance !!) Impossible de faire marcher le téléviseur Impossible de regagner le parking avec l ascenseur en partant de l'appartement (clés d'accès non fournie !) . Porte placard chambre cassé

- Pas de chauffage dans le logement pendant tout le séjour en plein hiver. CELA EST INADMISSIBLE. - Pas de four fonctionnelle durant tout le séjour alors qu’on était en période de fête et que le logement à été sélectionné en fonction de ces critères qui étaient manquants. Notre dinde est resté dans le frigo. - Aucune intervention de la part des propriétaires suite aux nombreux appels effectués pour avoir de l’aide à ces sujets. Nous étions obligé ma mère et moi de rester en vêtement d’extérieur à l’intérieur et avons été obligé d’acheter des bouillottes. Notre dinde et les autres plats que nous souhaitions faire au four n’ont pas pu être réalisé. On nous a promis l’intervention d’un technicien à plusieurs reprises sans aucune intervention ni résolution des problèmes. Bref, pour le manque de considération et surtout pour le froid qu’il a fait dans le logement, nous ne reviendront plus.
