La corte di Merlino - Apt centrale di pregio

Clean, bright, tidy, good condition, attractive inside & out.

Some items of crockery (e.g. mugs) & cutlery were in short supply, so had to wash them after EVERY use, rather than (say) having 2 sets 'on the go' at once. No instructions for oven, not exactly intuitive. No toaster, nor microwave (unless the oven was dual?); not a show stopper for us but others might want these. We knew the nearest Metro stations were 700m away or so, but the walk to Ponte Lungo seems a longer trek (than Lodi). Also, a physical key for the apartment door would have been more reassuring than relying on electronics etc. But these are minor niggles.

Pomocni krevet jako neudoban. Posteljina prljava,gornji carsav od jorgana nije bio cist. Stan pun prasine , neprecizno ciscenje.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and everything was perfect. The location is excellent, very close to the city centre, bus stop, and a supermarket, which made getting around and shopping very easy. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of utensils, so cooking meals was comfortable and convenient. The apartment also had a crib for small kids, which was a big plus for us as a family. The owner was extremely kind, helpful, and very responsive. We requested a one hour late checkout and he agreed instantly without any hesitation, which we really appreciated. Overall, the apartment is definitely worth it and highly recommended for families, especially those traveling with kids. We had a very nice stay and our Christmas 2025 was excellent.

La zona è tranquilla. Il condominio è davvero situato in un contento favorevole e ben collegato ai mezzi pubblici. L'alloggio è molto carino, super attrezzato. La cucina dispone di ogni cosa, mi è stata davvero utile. Dalla caffetteria ai condimenti per cucinare.

D'altra parte, le foto possono essere un pò ingannevoli. L'alloggio potrebbe davvero essere super ma poco curato, a mio parere. La pulizia in primis dovrebbe essere più approfondita. Il divano è molto sporco. Il letto durissimo ma almeno pulito. Poi ci sarebbe un pò di manutenzione da fare. L'armadio in camera è molto bello ma avendo una crepa sul vetro (su entrambi i lati) perde delle piccole schegge di vetro. Per fortuna c'era l'aspirapolvere. La finestra in camera si apre solo in maniera ribaltata, ma non del tutto. I vetri delle finestre danno l'impressione di non essere puliti da moltissimo tempo. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il lavandino del bagno che si è otturato la prima sera appena arrivati, devo riconoscere però che l'intervento dell'idraulico è stato tempestivo. Ovviamente, rientrata non vi dico in che stato ho trovato il bagno. 😅 Insomma, è stata una vacanza fatta di pulizie varie😁
