The location was perfect and the apartment too

The garden/yard was nice, the check-in/check-out process practical, the appartment itself was spacious, nice light.
One of the beds was malfunctioning (the legs were wobbly) so we had to repair it ourselves, the shower is bad (either very hot or either very cold water), the location is bad as it takes around 15mns walk to either of the 2 nearest metro stations, the cleaning garden lady was rude, no AC (only vents), very noisy upstairs neighbours (the isolation of the walls is not good) and all the windows are looking at the quite frequent street, so noise from outside as well (especially during the night).
