Pros: - close to the subway station - spacious and quiet location - including exterior shutters to the windows for proper rest at night. - well equipped kitchen and useful terrace

Cons: - hidden cost of late check in, announced only after the reservation confirmation and payment (quote: Check-in between 9:31 PM and 10:30 PM: + € 30 / Check-in between 10:31 PM and 12:30 AM: + € 50 / Check-in between 12:31 AM and 2:00 AM: + € 70). I feel i need to add that the only reason why they insist on a personal check-in (instead of a self check in) is the fact that the person will explain to you how to properly close and open the windows - which are standard pvc windows, not something unseen theese days. Other than that, you will not get anything from the personal check in experience. - lack of proper cleaning in the apartment. Lots of dust and the piano shown in the pictures has decorative cloth either awful smell. The bathrooms have dirt stained grout lines and the showers have some rust, could definitely use a proper cleaning or updating. Given these conditions, i feel their request to clean the apartment before you leave (wash the dishes, take out the trash, remove the sheets etc) is a bit exaggerated, since they proclaim to also have a cleaning service that comes after you check out. - unusable closet space in one of the bathrooms as it is all occupied by various personal items and cleaning products - leaving the bedroom with only a dresser to be used by guests.

Apartment was modern, spacious, clean and included every convenience. Short walk to the metro station and not far from Roma Termini. Hostess was great and her follow through was professional and top notch.

Fantastic stay in Rome!! The house is really well located, close to city center and perfectly connected with buses and metro stop very close by. The apartment is quiet, welcoming and clean. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with all the amenities, and the two bathrooms are perfect for saving time. The highlight is the bright terrace, perfect for dining on nice and mild evenings. Chiara is a special host! Always available and responsive, while also extremely accurate in her welcome explanations, not only providing us all the info about the house but also with full details on places to visit and suggestions for restaurants and free time. I hope to be back soon.
