The apartment was very clean and well-organized. The metro station was nearby, as well as a grocery store, which made everything very convenient. It was extremely comfortable for a family stay. The staff were very attentive — special thanks to them.”
We stayed for 8 days with teenagers, and there was no washing machine. It seems the apartment is designed more for short stays.

The apartment's location was great! It has the bus and train stop a few meters away from the door of the building. Everything was clean and comfortable.

It’s convenient as the apartment is next to metro station, from where you can easily go to St Giovanni station, and take the red metro to wherever you need to go. Also you can switch to blue metro line if needed. We went by foot to the citi centre 45’. It’s simple and easy. The apartment had all we needed for 6 days including hairdryer, toiletries, towels, WiFi.
The AC doesn’t work properly and works only for 1-2 minutes. Then it stops and one green light keeps blinking all the time. We tried all different modes but couldn’t get it to work properly. Having in mind the apartment is in mid basement level, the temperature in apartment was high but standable for 6 days. Also, they told us the previous tenants broke the door lock so we needed to be extra careful with the keys and the door.

Die Lage. Die Aufmachung des Apartments war modern und gut überlegt.
Die Abflüsse mussten wir dauerhaft mit Reiniger behandeln weil es sonst gestunken hat. Der Kühlschrank hatte eine fragwürdige Funktion da er seinen Job nicht wirklich ernst genommen hat. Es wurde in die Beschreibung von einer Waschmaschine gesprochen die leider nicht vorhanden war.
