About this apartment rental
The penthouse is distributed in 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bathroom, the other is a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed. All around there is a panoramic terrace overlooking Rome. It is possible to eat outside with the barbecue. On the terrace there are play equipment for children and adults, such as table football. Outside there is a sink and a shower. Hammocks and sun beds are offered for sunbathing.
Ideal for those who want to spend an unforgettable stay one step away from all the beauties of Rome.
The apartment is distributed over two bedrooms, one with a bathroom and a living room with kitchenette, the sofa bed, is comfortable and spacious. In the center a large entrance allows you to have breakfast. All around, it is surrounded by a revolving terrace and offers a view from the Castelli Romani to Montemario, passing through views of the beauty of Roman roofs.
An impeccable panorama of the eternal city will leave you breathless.
The penthouse is located and just a few minutes walk from the Basilica of San Giovanni and the Scala Santa. Colosseum, Roman Forum, Piazza Venezia, are very close.
The neighborhood is very central, offering a very commercial street like the new Via Appia, and excellent connections to the historic center. There are many restaurants of various ethnic groups, pubs, pharmacies, cinemas and anything else you need. A grocery is just below the ground floor of the building.
San Giovanni is one of the most populated districts of Rome, characterized by the Lateran Palace and the famous Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano.
Area known throughout Italy because in the main square in front of the basilica, every first May, the famous concert is held, which sees on the stage a large number of Italian and foreign musical groups.
Next to the basilica is the Scala Santa, which according to tradition is composed of the 28 steps that would be those traveled by Jesus to go to Pontius Pilate. On the top of the staircase is the chapel called Sancta Sanctorum which houses some of the most important Christian relics.
Connections with stations and airports are excellent, as well as subways and buses.
Upon your arrival you will be asked for 200 euros security deposit, the municipal tourist tax and final cleaning

This is a beautiful property to stay at while visiting Rome! Beautiful rooftop views along with a spacious and clean apartment. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful views over Rome, very well provisioned and air conditioned. Convenient bus and rail links into Rome and to Fiumicino airport. Elizabetta was very welcoming, a wonderful place to stay when visiting Rome.

The listing stated a hot tub was included on the roof deck when in fact, there was not. The owner looked puzzled when I asked after a long trip and a day of high summer temperatures. She then said, “the picine? and went to a closet and pulled out two 6’0” diameter kiddie pools and decided to fill one with a hose. She left and asked me to shut the hose off when it was full. I really couldn’t believe it. The pool leaked and in 5 hours was empty.
It also should be noted that after ascending 9 floors by elevator, you have to travel up another flight of stairs to get to the penthouse on the 10th floor.
An additional city room tax of $20.00 was requested by the owner that I paid via PayPal.
These issues, in my view, constituted deceptive or incomplete advertising.
