The apartment is comfortable and nicely furnished
The heating/cooling system vents are on the gallery making it either super hot or cold, but it does nor reach the lower floow which remains cold. Also, additional kitchen utencils, plates, forks, knives, spoons, overall very few of them, even when two people are staying

La ubicación: a 15 minutos del centro con la línea 5 del metro o la 2. También el autobús 146 que une con Gran Vía, pasando por Cibeles y Puerta de Alcalá. Hay un párking 24h en los alrededores que está bastante bien, pagamos 68€ por 4 días y no es necesario dejar la llave si no obstaculizas a otros coches. Las instalaciones: prácticamente a estrenar, apartamento muy calentito (con 4° de temperatura en el exterior se agradecía) y bien equipado. La persona que lo gestiona está atenta.
Tuvimos que esperar a que terminaran la limpieza más tarde de la hora del check in. Lo solucionaron rápido. Personal amable.
