Modern Duplex - 1 Bedroom 2 Baths - Ventas

L'emplacement est proche d'un métro (ventas), le quartier assez animé même si le centre est assez loin à pied. L'appartement est bien équipé, bien agencé et bien rénové, la résidence est calme et sécurisée.

The house is in relatively good condition and close enough to the subway station. The staff is responsive, even if providing advices learing using chat GPT instead of local knowledge... which endend on suggesting a car park half an hour away. It is possible to cook and there are machines for the dishes and to do the laundry.

I have choosen this house because it was just next to a kids park and a garden. Unfortunately there were constructions all over the street. So there was no kids park, no garden, not even a side walk to enter the building. Also, I did not notice in the pictures, but the house is just in top of an highway... so air quality is concerning and there is constant noise. Despite being close to the subway station is is not in a central area. Few restaurants and so on. The house was not so clean, hair hidden bellow the beds and undr the sheets in the the bed covers. Sheets were small for the main bed so kept coming out everynight. The heating unconnects automatically in the middle of the night and the backup system drys the air a lot.

Super convenient location, close to Metro Large space for 2 adults and 1 pre teen. Kitchen facilities. Two bathrooms and toliets. Washing machine. Safe building. Good heating, lighting, bedding. Accurate photos. Very responsive hosts.

Cleanliness has some areas to be improved. Although TV appears to be a smart TV, could not get it to connect to wifi during stay. Roadworks happening outside, however appartment appears adequately sound proofed.
