Bravo en Madrid

Location is very good and staff very responsive and polite.

The water in the bathroom was really hard to control, sometimes it was cold and you need to wait until hot water comes or it was really hot and could not set the right temperature.

The location was good and the place is nicely decorated. The fact that I didn't need keys to enter was also a nice bonus. It is also very central and decently connected.

- I've seen it mentioned in other reviews, but the ensuite bathroom we had had an issue where it smelled really bad. We ended up leaving the window open most of the time due to this. Covering the shower drain seems to help so the issue is probably there. - The showers don't close properly sometimes (and I think have contributed to the water damage seen on some of the doors...). - (Minor) The place had some hair from previous visitors in places but otherwise was clean.

Nicely freshly decorated flat. Fully equipped. The location was very good. Shops/cafes/restaurants and transport all within a walking distance.

The entry system having to use the phone. I arrived after a long trip and didn’t have much battery on my phone and had to wait to charge the phone before I could leave. The views. All windows looked out into an internal patio.

The apartment had too much furniture, which blocked the opening of the sofa bed for my son, so every evening we had to move everything towards the door and put it back in the morning, otherwise it was impossible to move around. There was also a leak in the bathroom bidet sink. The apartment was not the same as in the photos and had no sunlight at all, which was difficult for me due to my allergies.
