The owner doesn't speak English but is friendly. The location is not bad and close to town center. The price for private room with private shower is reasonable.
The shower head and hot water could be improved. The view from the balcony is not as nice as expected, and room ventilation could be better.

There is realy niceview to Atitlan from roof. Pleasure stay in bed.
Bath room is a bit smaller.

The staff were friendly and accommodating.
We were in the family room and it was right against the busy street. There were no hooks for the shower or no place to set things and we couldn’t get the door to the bathroom area unbolted from the floor to close so getting into and out of the shower became quite public. There was no hand towel. The fridge in the common space didn’t seem to work.
