The Hotel has beautiful views to the lake and spacious areas to hangout outside. The rooms are clean and spacious and so were the bathrooms and the common spaces. The location was perfect. Being in the most “party” city in the lake it is in a very chill and quiet area with lots of good places to eat and we felt pretty safe walking there at night. It’s still 10 min by foot to the center and the boats.
There was a power outage the last day, which wasn’t the property fault but it was a bit annoying as we couldn’t shower.

Ideal, lakeside location with terrace that provided water views morning and evening. Easy access to tuktuk transport to wherever you wanted to go. Opportunity on-site for kayaking. Nearby walk to restaurants, tiendas, hot springs, bars, lakeside walking paths. Kitchen, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, pots and pans and dishes and utensils made it perfect for fixing your own food. Rooms clean, quiet, with hot water for showers.

Location was great, staff were great, terrace and restaurant were beautiful
Showers were cold and there was a smell coming up from the drain in the bedroom constantly for our stay
