Appartamento caldo, davvero pulitissimo, accogliente. Arredamento Nuovo e fornito degli essenziali. Recente ristrutturazione moderna. Posizione servita da autobus sotto casa e metropolitana a 15 minuti circa a piedi. Molto silenzioso. Bagno ampio e comodo come la camera da letto. Check in con video di istruzioni fondamentale e utilissimo. Nessun intoppo.

Solo due consigli per renderlo ancora più funzionale .. Sarebbe utile una illuminazione da mettere sui comodini da notte per la sera, far trovare tovagliette e strofinacci per poter usare la cucina.

L’appartement est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien.

Pas d’ascenseur. Le matelas doit absolument être remplacé, car il présente un trou. De plus, le drap fourni est trop petit et ne couvre pas correctement le matelas.

The apartment is renovated, in an excellent location (near grocery stores, coffee shops, subway stations, restaurants, etc). Comfortable bed. Has all the amenities you may need.

The AC does not work well, especially for the European summer.

Well connected, close to buses, metro, tram, and Greco Pirelli train station (from there you can go directly to Lake Como, for example). There are also many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The apartment was clean, everything was tidy. All appliances worked properly.

There was visible mold on the kitchen wall/ceiling. There were issues with the water heater (sometimes the water was only lukewarm, but it wasn’t a big enough problem to contact the owners, so it might be easy to fix). The mattress was visibly worn out and saggy, and the pillows were not very comfortable. The sheet kept slipping off the mattress. It can be quite noisy from the street (of course not the owners’ fault, but something to be aware of). Not every apartment has the balcony shown on the website; instead, there is more of an outer staircase/common passageway to access the apartments, not a space to sit and relax.
