It was in a nice area. Very quiet. Clean.

The apartment was inside a senior assisted living facility. There was no air movement (despite advertising that the property had air conditioning) so we had to open the windows - and got bit by mosquitoes all night long. Communication from the hosts was practically nonexistent & there were no instructions on how to check in or check out.

Wonderful stay in quiet neighborhood close to Paris CDG

Location close to Charles de Gaulle Airport was perfect for an overnight stay. The room was large with modern furnishings and high quality bed linens and towels. Kitchenette was well equipped with full fridge, coffee maker, electric teapot and microwave. Bathroom was clean and modern with toiletries and hairdryer. Grounds were clean. Staff were friendly, warm and welcoming. There’s a beautiful forest park across the street and 2 lovely bakeries, one across the street and the other around the corner. Parking was easy and secure in underground garage and was free! This is our second stay. We love coming here after long holidays in France where we have to repack on our way back to USA.

Tout, c’était vraiment incroyable le personnel était très agréable et respectueux je referais sans hésiter 🙂 Un grand merci au monsieur de l’astreinte qui a su me guider par téléphone pour trouver l’endroit 👍🏽

L’emplacement est assez dur à trouver surtout sous la pluie 😅 Le gps nous fait amener beaucoup trop loin mais sinon tout était top une fois trouver.

Un endroit sûr, propre et calme pour passer de douces nuits.

L’hôtel est très propre, le service de réception est très serviable. Le parking et toutes les installations sont sûrs et agréables.

L’adresse n’est pas correcte. J’ai dû passer trois fois par la même rue et, sans l’intervention du personnel de la réception qui est descendu m’accueillir, je n’aurais pas trouvé l’hôtel. Cela doit être corrigé

Tout l’emplacement avec parking souterrain le personnel très accueillant le calme la superficie et la propreté de l’appartement le confort et la bonne température et la proximité des commerces et boulangerie tout était impeccable.

Appartement très propre, spacieux et décoré avec goût. Le personnel à l'accueil est très agréable. Le parking souterrain est un réel avantage.

Suite à notre arrivée en soirée, nous constatons qu'aucune réservation n'est enregistrée à notre nom, bien que le paiement ait été effectué. L'établissement a, avec quelques difficultés, pu nous attribuer une chambre, mais uniquement pour une nuit ; pour la seconde, il a fallu se reloger dans un autre établissement.

Il y a plus d'un mois, nous avons initié une réclamation auprès de Booking et de l'établissement concernant le remboursement de la nuitée non effectuée, et à ce jour, la situation demeure non résolue.

1 nuit au calme avec un parking souterrain à disposition, idéal pour aller à l’aéroport CDG !

Nous avons tout apprécié: le parking souterrain est un vrai +, une cuisine équipée avec un magasin (Franprix) à proximité, la literie, et surtout le calme ! Idéal si vous cherchez un hôtel proche de l’aéroport CDG (20 min environ)

L’établissement était propre, agréable, à proximité de Paris, le gros plus la parking souterrain et des commerces coter.

Excellent, prestation de qualité à prix imbattable

C’est très propre et très calme, les prestations proposées sont de qualité. La literie est formidable, meilleure que dans certains hôtels.

Juste un bémol mais qui tient au fait que cet établissement est habituellement une résidence senior et non un établissement spécialisé dans le tourisme: peut être améliorer la communication. Bien expliciter que c’est une résidence senior, les heures d’ouverture de la piscine, les heures du petit déjeuner, la nécessité de le réserver et le délai pour le réserver. Faire attention au capteur de la porte d’entrée qui n’a pas marché la nuit…on est passés par le garage.

Een uitstekende accommodatie met alle luxe op een bijzondere (gekke) plek

Prachtig senioren appartement alles splinternieuw en mooi speelpark in directe omgeving. De bakker tegenover is echt super. Alles dichtbij qua eetgelegenheden.

Het zwembad was niet open op zondag... daar balen we wel van. Ook was het moeilijk te vinden routeplanner stuurt je een straat te vroeg naar rechts. Wij wisten ook niet dat het om een seniorencomplex ging... dat vonden we licht ongemakkelijk. Maar het appartement was voortreffelijk.

Mooie, fijn er ruim hotel... met een gesloten zwembad.

Heel fijne douche en erg ruim en schoon appartement. Bedden zijn super. Ruime parkeergarage (maar je moet wel een hellingsproef kunnen doen om eruit te rijden).

Hotel geboekt met als zoekfilter "zwembad", maar het zwembad was niet toegankelijk ("drained"). Dat was erg jammer en met een fles wijn schieten de kinderen niets op. Hotel twee nachten geboekt, maar de tweede nacht (zondag op maandag) geen nieuwe haddoeken gekregen (ondanks een verzoek hiertoe). Ook erg jammer, vooral als je de handdoeken op de grond hebt gelegd. Er zijn daar erg veel muggen, maar geen horren voor het raam. Hierdoor erg veel muggeprikken helaas... en het verklaart ook de enkele bloedspetters op de wanden/plafond. Als deze punten opgelost zouden worden, dan was het een 10 geweest.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli malgré l'heure tardive de notre arrivée. Le parking en sous-sol est particulièrement appréciable. Tout était propre et l'appartement bien calme. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Odličen apartma blizu sejmišča

Enostaven dostop z vlakom do centra, približno 15 minut hoje od namestitve do postaje, do katere dostopite skozi shopping center Sevran. Vlak pelje direktno v center (RAR B, Gare du Nord, Notre dame). Apartma se nahaja v domu za ostarele, je prostoren in čist, kuhinja dobro opremljena, postelje udobne, velika kopalnica s tušem, velika dnevna soba, prijetna terasa. Na vseh oknih so komarniki. Nasproti stavbe je pekarna z odličnimi rogljički.

Ponoči je bilo na ulici zelo glasno, in tudi zjutraj so prihajali razni kamioni, tako da smo morali zapirati okna če smo hoteli spati. Pogrešali smo klimo.
