Restaurant staff were rude
7.0 / 10.0
The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable with good quality bedding. Having a water dispenser in the lobby was nice.
Very few vegan options, for breakfast I has bread and jam and fruit, for dinner I couldn't see any options that would be suitable. The floor / room I was in was very hot.

Nothing really apart from the beds were fairly comfortable
Shabby from the outside, even worse on the inside. Outdated decor throughout, dirty shower, only 2 electrical sockets in the whole room (we had a family room so 2 kids with devices) and if you had an English adaptor then you could only use one at a time because the sockets were too close together. No instructions on how to use the ventilation system, don't think it was Aircon. Poor showers and no hot water. Breakfast was a joke with very little choice, empty jars of what I assume should have been jam and Nutella, no bacon, sausage, beans and believe it or not no cold milk so cereal was a no. Coffee machine didn't work properly with half of the selections unavailable. The 2 staff were next to useless, first you had to find them and then when they did appear they were content to just sit in reception chatting. This hotel needs to be closed and completely overhauled. I will be demanding a full refund. I booked this as I didn't want to stay in Paris and as it was next door to an exhibition complex I assumed it would be of a business standard.

The staff at the desk is wonderful, real MVPs of this hotel.
We booked 2 rooms, in both A/C wouldn’t start working unless front desk staff interfered, but they did work.
Location was amazing, right by the highway, which was perfect for my needs.
Price was decent also.
Fridge in one of the rooms we booked didn’t work
As said in positives, A/C wasn’t working until staff interfered. I couldn’t get both of them going by myself. At first i thought we would need two other rooms.

Reasonable if you're going to the Exhibition Centre or Le Bourget. The hotel is isolated in some sort of "island" surrounded by roads and motorways, so a car is absolutely necessary to get there, and to do anything outside the hotel.
The restaurant is closed at weekends, so you'll need to find some other place to eat, and the options nearby are not great - consider driving closer to Paris.
The room itself was okay, and the bed was confortable.
There's a filtered water fountain next to the reception.
Parking is abundant (5€ per day), and there are chargers for electric cars.
Overall a reasonable place to stay, but extremely car-dependant.
Everything was okay, if not great.
The fact that the restaurant was not opened at weekends was not ideal.
Arriving on a Friday evening and then having to get on the car again to look for a place to eat was rather inconvenient.

Google map will not show you the correct way there if you are driving. Be careful. However, the location is an isolated island, you must drive there.

The shower was dirty. Furniture in room 110 was broken. AC wasn't really cooling. The mattress needs update. The restaurant was full of flies.

Don’t stay there, value for money is very bad. And the price is just not ok for what you get!
The location is good if you need to access park de exposition. However it is far too expensive for what it is! There is nothing around, it’s right by the highway, windows can’t be opened, there is really nothing around. I did not try the restaurant. Breakfast was good but hardly any fruits. Staff didn’t know much English. And it was not clean! There were hairs on the floor and also some flies or bugs.
I think it would be totally fine for a much cheaper price but for this price I would stay inside Paris and just get the train to the exihibition.
Price!

Close to airport and a simple clean room. Good little lobby area with charging stations and a bar / restaurant.
In the middle of no where and seemed a bit sketchy. There was someone kicking off the night we arrived the staff did however handle this brilliantly.

it was better equipped with hair dryer while other hotels were not. the restaurant was good
did not offer shuttle service, a receptionist or two were not very helpful when needing a taxi. just like all the others, prices for bottled water or sodas or chips & candies were too expensive.

Not the most modern, but very clean. Stuff is very helpful, location very good. For this price - quality is very good. I'm recommending this place,

* Location is good with car, near the highway (but nothing around on walk-distance)
* Price (BUT; ibis budget is the same price with more comfort, better go there if price is important)
* Bad smell on hallways because of the restaurant
* Child bed is more like sleeping on a half joga mat under a bed, its some kind of a sofa from 1950'
s maybe. Main bed was good enough
* Dirty carpets (renovation on progress)
* Old bathroom door could not be closed, but locked
* Bath water temperature is changing in few seconds from 10 to 40 degrees and back if you set average, nice shocking method for body
* Enterance to the room with card could only be done by staff, some strange timing is needed to open
* Poor English on reseption, no English on phone; better for locals
* Small room, no place to put your luggages, keep them at car
*** We were 2 adults and 1 kid (8 years old)

we are receiving too many emails before and after the booking with exactly same content. and the content is missing essential information like access from RER station.
there was a problem the night of my booking to access the way to the hotel and I called the hotel for 20 minutes many times without any responses. it was late at night and I had to call a taxi cause I couldn't reach the hotel.
