Not worth the low price. Better to spend a bit more and get something that isn’t gross.

Location was pretty good, close to the airport, although very difficult to get to.

Very dirty. Some kind of blood like sticky red substance on the floor. Hair on the mirror, extremely dirty under the bed, boot marks on the walls, and no power, lights or electricity in the morning. Had to pack and get dressed in the dark. Heater didn’t work.

Bed sheets were clean.

The shared bathroom was the only option available when I booked, but it was in very poor condition — dirty, with visible stains, and without basic supplies like soap. The bedroom itself was also disappointing: simple but unclean, with stained walls and sink. The bed and pillows were of very low quality, making it uncomfortable to rest. During my 3-night stay, I couldn’t sleep at all. The stairs door downstairs makes loud noises every time someone enters or leaves, and the large gap under my room door let in so much light that the room was lit up all night. Even the building facade looked neglected, with peeling paint and no signs of proper maintenance. Overall, the place felt unhygienic and poorly cared for.

Basic and just about functional.

Proximity to exhibition halls, 10 minute walk. Desk staff friendly. Free parking and Wi-Fi.

Missing window blind in one room, broken toilet seat. Tiniest room and bathroom ever, knees under sink when sat on toilet and interesting mirror view! Tired towels. No storage space for clothes or luggage, just two wall hooks. This was the premium "Cabrio" room! Very thin walls! Impressive amount of fly tipping on exit road.

In the middle of no where. Train station is a good 29 minute walk. Most employees only spoke French so hard to communicate when your language is English.

It is hard to find on foot when you arrive by RER. Maybe more signs to help locate the hotel? The hotel is next to a very busy freeway and the noise at night was loud. But besides this, it was very comfortable.

I liked the position and the bed

The room was too small, not even space for luggages, we had to eat on the bed. The room hasn't been cleaned, never, also when I asked to make up the room. Not even changed the towels. The staff doesn't speak english

the location could not be worst for pedestrians. there is not a single sign in Villepinte bus stop or Villepinte RER to reach the hotel. If by chance you have to reach the hotel at night, this can be kind of a nightmare

I liked the staff

there is no entrance the taxi stopped me at pitch dark forest in Villepinte at night i waited 30 mins at gates in rain until another comes and the gates open I just ran though. I told staff I want to report this taxi driver who dropped me outside where there isn’t any other entrance other than if you drive by car. I was stuck with my Lugagge outside the hotel entrance for 30 mins whilst it rained. but hôtel staff were great they made my stay pleasant.

Location is horrible, 15min walk from train station on a pitch black road. The worst part was the staff who tried to sell me an upgrade to a more expensive room and when I declined he charged me a tax.. Turns out the tax was just 0.43€ and then there was 5€ for the upgrade that I declined. I was too tired to go back downstairs sort this out but I did feel scammed as I clearly declined the upgrade and I wasn’t familiar with how much the hote tax should be in France. Please avoid this scamming rat hole.

I stayed here my last night to be close to the airport. It was very easy to get there. So for that reason this hotel was very convenient and comfortable. Nice staff!

Almost the worst stay I've had in a hotel. Incredibly rude staff, filthy and not like the photos.

Nothing. It was so poorly signposted that it took me 45 mintues to find. When I arrived I wanted to change my booking, I was told if I had arrived 30mins sooner I could have. The reception person wouldn't let Booking.com talk to the manager, it was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had

I didn't like the pubes in the shower, the filthy black hand prints on ever surface, the staff were incredibly rude . There was no soap in my shower and it was expensive for what it was.

The location is comfortable only if you will use the TRAIN, the train station was closed , and we had a huge issue to locate the hotel.

everything!!! the front desk people have no idea how to deal with customers! they don’t speak English! I asked about the shampoo, and the representative just said something in French didn’t even bother to talk to me!!! Wi-Fi connection is very poor! room was VERY small and not clean!!!!
