About this villa rental
You can reach the villa by a private drive through olive groves and meadows. The house is situated on a hill and offers a wide view of the landscape overgrown with olive trees and the gentle breeze that softens the summer sun. Like an oasis surrounded by exotic gardens, the pool is like a lake that almost reaches the villa's doors. The house was designed for outdoor living, with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, dining area, hammocks, lounge chairs, and a seating area filled with jasmine and other fragrant flowers. With one of the most impressive cactus gardens, it is hard to imagine a stylish holiday.
Through the glass doors you enter a large, central living, dining and kitchen area under a traditional barrel vault made of stone in the style of a typical "Lamia" house in the region. On the left is a kitchen, which is equipped with the best German equipment and a fabulous dining table with a glass top. In the middle there is a fireplace made of glass and bronze and on the right side the living area with Moroccan armchairs, TV with all Sky channels and a music system for inside and outside. All three bedrooms are decorated with Indian fabrics and Italian artwork, with elegant bathrooms, one with a unique stone bath in Roman style.

Die Villa und das Grundstück mit Garten und Pool sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet worden. Nicht bloß ein langweiliges, unpersönliches Vermietobjekt. Zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen. Frau Marksteiner ist super hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Die Lage der Villa im Tal der Trulli ist perfekt. Die Landschaft des Grundstücks und der Umgebung ist bezaubernd mediterran: Olivenbäume, Pinien, alte Steinmauern, dazwischen die Zipfelmützen der Trulli-Häuser. Zudem sind Orte der Umgebung äußerst reizvoll: hinter gesichtslosen Neubauten der Peripherie verbergen sich uralte, urige, verwinkelte Orte wie Cisternino, Ostuni, Locorontondo usw. Die Gegend ist nicht zu vergleichen mit anderen Gebieten wie der Gegend um Bari oder dem Salent. Im Umkreis von 30-60 Minuten gibt es herrliche Buchten und Strände am Meer mit super klarem, warmen Wasser. Und dann noch das leckere Essen... Wir haben die Zeit total genossen und werden wiederkommen! Danke Bettina!
