Villa Victoria is a charming countryside retreat in the heart of the Itria Valley, surrounded by olive groves and panoramic views. The villa accommodates up to 8 guests and features a private pool, an independent trullo suite, stylish interiors with natural earthy touches, multiple outdoor lounge areas, and a peaceful atmosphere. Ideally located between Ostuni, Ceglie, Cisternino, and Martina Franca, only 20 minutes from the sea and the beautiful Adriatic coastline of Puglia.
The Space:
Designed for up to 8 guests, the property combines a beautifully restored main villa with an independent trullo suite, blending authentic Apulian character with modern comfort.
Outside, Mediterranean gardens, centuries-old olive trees, and open countryside frame the exclusive swimming pool and solarium area. Multiple lounge corners, a covered patio with dining area and barbecue, and an ancient stone threshing floor transformed into a relaxed outdoor seating area create the perfect setting for slow summer living.
The interiors are bright, elegant, and curated with natural materials, soft earthy tones, and understated contemporary furnishings. Natural linen curtains in the living spaces and bathrooms add warmth and softness throughout the villa. The open-plan living area features a comfortable lounge with fireplace, large windows overlooking the countryside, and a handcrafted wooden dining table designed for long shared meals and convivial moments.
Through a charming archway, the fully equipped kitchen reveals a beautiful marble-topped dining table, adding a timeless and elegant touch to the space.
The main villa includes two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom with single beds, served by two refined shower rooms, one en suite. Just steps from the pool, the independent trullo offers a private fourth bedroom with a double bed and its own shower room.
The property is ideal for families, groups of friends, and anyone looking to experience authentic Puglia in a peaceful and stylish setting immersed in nature.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole property, garden, the pool, the trullo. We only exclude technical room for the pool.
Other Things to Note:
According to local regulations, we are required to register all guests before their arrival. This means we need your personal details and a scanned copy of your identification documents.
At check-in, you will be required to sign a rental agreement, and a mandatory tourist tax of €2 per night/guest will be charged for adults and children over 12 years old.
Check-in hours: 16:00–21:00
Late check-in (after 21:00) incurs an additional fee of €50.
Floor heating on request- 200€/ stay (7 days)
Pool heating is available upon request and must be arranged in advance.
The service costs €50 per day, with a minimum of 5 consecutive days.
Please note that the pool temperature depends on weather conditions and can generally reach only a few degrees above the outdoor air temperature.
