La situation parfaite avec vue sur le port et le Canigou. Appartement confortable, calme et agréable. Très propre. Très appréciable la place de parking.
Le système de codes pour rentrer dans la résidence et l'appartement.

Le lieu, le nombre de couchages les espaces assez grands où chacun avait sa chambre,la vaisselle, la vue, le canapé qui s’allonge
La douche qui fuit, l’odeur dans la salle de bain, les oreillers un peu durs et le lit dans la chambre rouge pas confortable, le ménage pas top quand nous sommes arrivés

La superficie et les équipements
Le petit bémol : situé au dessous d’un restaurant c’est un peu bruyant surtout s’il y’a une animation . Nous sommes en vacances ….

L'emplacement est très bien. C'est effectivement le vrai point fort de l'appartement
La sécurité électrique n'est pas au niveau. Detecteur fumée absent du support. Volet roulant qui ne fonctionne pas, certainement depuis longtemps car signalé déjà 6 mois plus tôt dans le livre d'or. Salle de bain avec tuyau de douche qui fuit. Trous dans le mur, bouche ventilation salle, joints dégradés, bloc de climatisation fondu. Un morceau de pain sec était présent dans le placard ( ménage ?)
