Die Lage ist absolute Weltklasse. Konzerte und sonstige Veranstaltungen am Yachthafen sind direkt vom grossen Fenster aus komplett sichtbar. Quasi direkt vor der Nase. Sonstige Cafés, Restaurants, Geschäfte alles in Griffnähe.

Son emplacement direct sur le port. Bien équipé pour passer un bon séjour. La place de parking privée.
La climatisation un peu faible lorsqu’il fait très chaud dehors. La serrure électronique de la porte, code trop long.

L'emplacement est très bien. C'est effectivement le vrai point fort de l'appartement
La sécurité électrique n'est pas au niveau. Detecteur fumée absent du support. Volet roulant qui ne fonctionne pas, certainement depuis longtemps car signalé déjà 6 mois plus tôt dans le livre d'or. Salle de bain avec tuyau de douche qui fuit. Trous dans le mur, bouche ventilation salle, joints dégradés, bloc de climatisation fondu. Un morceau de pain sec était présent dans le placard ( ménage ?)
