(HGR) Poolside Paradise: Vacation retreat. (Heated Pool)

Good location, nice neighborhood, convenient for shopping, 30-60 minutes to Clearwater marina, Fort Desoto park, Honeymoon Island park and beach. Ben T Davis Beach is only 17 minutes away. The pool was wonderful, great for kids! We really liked the screened enclosure. The covered patio was very nice in the evenings. Nice comfortable outdoor furniture and table. Also, a BBQ grill right outside. 3 nice bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, very nice washer and dryer. Extra beds too. Very nice towels and bedding. A big kitchen and dining room and comfortable living room. There was also a game room with a pool table and an arcade game. The master bedroom was spacious and had a large bathroom with a shower and a separate tub. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. Nice amenities made us very comfortable. The other two bedrooms were upstairs which gave a little more privacy. Since we were traveling with kids 6 and 9 it was great that there weren't many breakables and the furniture was comfortable and durable. Overall the highlight was the pool. The kids loved it. It was a perfect temperature for the hot days. The pool toys were a wonderful touch for the kids! Well equipped kitchen pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc. Also a few seasonings which were helpful. It is a very attractive open style house that was very appealing.

The water in the kitchen was lukewarm not hot, but it wasn't a problem because there was a dishwasher.

I thought it was nice

The TV in the upstairs room did not work the coffee maker in the kitchen. I had to take apart. It was dirty in the downstairs bed is a little hard. It might need a softener put on it, but for the most part, I like the whole set up in the location was wonderful.
