The decor , the pool and all details of the home.
The rules and unclear instructions/guidelines. As the home states is sleeps 12, I had my family stop over to the air BNB to visit for less than an hour and had we received immediate complaints, as we were unclear that family wasn’t able to visit the home we were under the expectation that they weren’t able to sleep at the home.
