It close to transportation, shops and the city.
The water pressure is low in the building, so get the temps right in the shower was an art.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à 15h00, l’homme de ménage n’avait pas encore complété son travail et nous avons dû attendre plus de 30 minutes avant que le travail soit terminé. À son départ, il nous a remis les clefs de l’appartement.
Retard dans la prise de possession de l’appartement (plus de 30 minutes); nous ne pouvions fermer le sofa-lit pour en faire un fauteuil car il était brisé; la température de l’eau chaude dans la douche était un vrai défi, incapable d’avoir une température constante; le robinet de l’évier de cuisine fuit; pas de linge de vaisselle ni d’accessoires pour laver la vaisselle à la main.
