Location was excellent, walking distance to central station, lots of food options nearby. Host was lovely and apt was beautiful.
Tram noise may annoy some people as it seems to run throughout the night. Ear plugs may be needed for light sleepers.

The accommodation is in an excellent location next to the park, and you can reach all the main city attractions within a 30-minute walk. Some people complained about the noise of the trams, but I considered it is part of the city noise :)
