Once it started to work, the air conditioning in the unit was quite powerful, which was great to deal with heat wave. The place also has a very small washing machine, which was helpful to do small loads. The place is located close to Milan central which is helpful if you need to leave early by train....before 6 am when the subways are not working.

We faced many issues on arrival. First the set of four color coded keys, had experienced wear and tear with two keys not having their colored plastic covers. This made it challenging for us to figure out which went where. Also, the air conditioning was not working and recirculating fan was turning on and off every 5 minutes. We only managed to understand this by the second day. The host did manage to help resolve the issues, but if they had prepared/checked the property before our arrival or met us, everything would have been smoother. Also, the bed is not very comfortable and the bathroom (countertop especially) needs resurfacing.

Migliorerei un po’ la pulizia.. c’era molta polvere e i mobili della cucina erano appiccicosi

L’emplacement, la propreté, le calme.

Plusieurs choses à améliorer : le lit qui n’arrêtait pas de craquer au moindre mouvement, l’humidité et même les infiltrations d’eau dans le logement, difficultés à avoir une bonne température dans le logement, manque d’explication pour utiliser le sèche-cheveux, le manque de supports ou crochets pour mettre nos serviettes ou vêtements dans la salle de bain, manque de linge pour essuyer la vaisselle ou capsules pour le lave-vaisselle.
