Thoughtfully decorated, great amenities. I was in town to celebrate the holidays with family. The kitchen was well appointed for holiday cooking, the comfortable rooms allowed for great space for daytime visits and everything worked well.
Not a dislike but be aware: the property owner alerts guests about the steep stairs. Do be prepared! Two steep sets (from road to property outside and from first to second floor inside) plus a beautiful natural stone set (outside) means you are navigating stairs a lot. Some are uneven and narrow. I took it slow and had no issues, but it was a challenge! Also, the property is old which is incredibly charming. However that means uneven heating. Owner controls thermostat and is responsive and there are space heaters and window AC to address temp in Individual rooms.
