Cozy Lambertville Abode in the Heart of Downtown!

The location was PERFECT for walking to both Lambertville and New Hope, and all three us were in our 60s. We parked right in front and never had to We felt very safe as well. The home was very clean when we arrived. We enjoyed having coffee on the private back patio in the morning. I recommend this property for anyone looking to visit Lambertville.

Because the home is older the inner stairway is steep, with a partial railing. This could be troublesome for anyone with ambulation issues.

Quiet, comfortable, clean, well-appointed, and perfectly located to explore Lambertville and New Hope. Owner left clear instructions for checking in and out.

On-street parking can be a little challenging. Stairs in the house are extremely steep and narrow; a possible hazard for people with limited mobility issues.

Slightly more information on the location of the lockbox would have been helpful. The location was not apparent, being behind and below eye level. It was only obvious once you knew where to look. Very strong mothball? insecticide? smell on the back porch. Could use some attention to cleaning the not-so-obvious places. (I dropped something which rolled under the bed—not so nice under there!) Overall though the property was well tended.
