The best possible choice

Lovely house with lots of space and everything you need. The highlight is the terrace, where you can enjoy the evenings. It is few meters away from Ya's Krabi cooking school. The center and the beach are not so close, but still on a walking distance. We did not meet the staff/owners, but the comunication with them was very pleasant and smooth.

Basic but acceptable if you pay 1/2 what they are charging.

The location was perfect for our needs. The house is in very quiet area, down a gravel driveway only shared by a few houses, which made it very peaceful. The garden is well maintained and pretty. The weekly housekeeping is good and the lady is very nice. The property manager was very responsive to resolve the initial issues we had.

If I had paid 1/2 the price it would have been easier to overlook the tired battered old furniture, the dirt and marks over all the walls, the very well used bedding (always clean but very old often had holes in it), the ant infestation in the side table, the ants nest in the bathroom etc… When we arrived the utensils were covered in mould and old food, the pans encrusted with grease (these were quickly replaced with brand new by the property manager but it just shows the overall lack of care) The price charged for 21 days is more then 4 times what our friend pays for 1 month at a much better cared for property.

The little blue, was great very clean and very functional, location was perfect outside 10mins with a car perfect 🤩

The Bed was very hard, but that is asia we brought a bed topper 😜

Nice and pretty house a bit far from Ao Nang Beach

Nice small and clean house with everything needed.

More suitable for guests with own car or bike as the house is a bit far from the beach and not accesible by walking, also no shops nearby & taxi pretty difficult to call and takes time. At the same time place is very quiet being far from the center.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison. Elle n’est pas située juste à côté de la mer, mais en 10 minutes de scooter on a accès à absolument tout, donc ce n’est vraiment pas un problème. La maison est impeccable, très propre et parfaitement entretenue. Le quartier est magnifique, calme et agréable, idéal pour se reposer tout en restant proche des commodités. Mention spéciale : les photos ne rendent clairement pas justice à la maison, elle est encore mieux en vrai ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Il n’y a pas la clim dans le séjour mais seulement dans la chambre
