We loved the Oscar Villa! Great place for a family. It was cozy and tucked away from the busy streets. The staff was great. I’m glad I paid a few dollars more for breakfast, they had a great spread. The only thing I wished I had done differently was sign up for early check in. We got in at 10am and had to wait until 2:00pm. We also rented scooters from them, well worth it! We would stay there again!

we stayed there for 3 nights. Location is a bit remote, but they offer free shutte to the city (ca 10min). Rooms are spacey, clean. Drawback is, that villas have 2 appartments. You might hear the neighbours. Pool water was a bit misty and overchlorided, so we didnt use it too much :) Its an average resort, worth for the money. Stuff was very friendly and they offered us tours with good prices. Breakfast was included and good. 7/10

very nice individual units, very nice pool everything clean as a whistle as are the grounds, a little out of the way but they run a van for free twice a day or run it anytime for six bucks. Aonang beach is very nice, some of the advertised trips (rafting ,zipline are a rip off but that is true any tourist place and not a function of the resort. Resort rent motor bike reasonable rate, food at resort is limited menu but good we ate there every morning and a couple nights. breakfast included. We had 4 kids, 2 adults and the unit was big enough.

If you want to stay in a cheap and a basic place then go for it if not choose somewhere else. Level of basic English is poor among the staff which caused frustration and difficulty. You need a transport to Ao Nang, hotel has a tuk tuk service.

There are two Oscar Villa, 1 & 2. We stayed in Oscar Villa 2 which is a separate one from the main Oscar Villa. We got a warm welcome and a tasty watermelon from them.This is a calm and serene place, however a bit distant from the Ao Nang beach. You can reach to the beach with their Tuktuk by paying 100 Baht but, if you want to get back in night, it might cost you more. A confusing thing worth mentioning that, if you search in google with Oscar Villa, you will find a place which is near to Ao Nang beach but not the same. You need to find with Oskar Villa to get this one.A very positive is, the internet speed - it was awesome, and worked perfectly.Overall, a good value for money though a bit far from Ao Nang beach.

The personal is friendly, will help you with everything you need. From booking trips directly from them to renting their own cars, scooters and bikes or tuk tuk ,which will take 4-5 person directly to the beach for only 100 baht... Its a perfect place to stay with children or with a family. Very good restaurant offers only thai food but its gooood :) We stayed there for 16 nights and allready looking forward to come back! PS: Dont be scared of the location of property , its not that far .

It's gonna be hit or miss with the room. Some rooms will be right on and others lacking. While you can't beat ocean front, you still want your shower to be strong and hot. Ours wasn't. The breakfast was fantastic, the people very friendly, and overall a great experience for the price.
