Stunning Luxury Stay by VICHY

Self Catering, location dull.Felt like the area was run down. Couldn't wait to leave.Would we return definately not.Not alot toblike,very basic.Needs a real overhaul, definately not luxury as descrbe.

First impressions of the property were appaling ,the stairwells looked liked they had not been hoovered for weeks,the walls were dirty. 4 of us stayed, only two wine glasses ,obly two mugs. The couch in the lounge a disgrace, skirting boards, window sils need a deep clean. The beds were so uncomfortable, woke up with back pain. No luxury, felt the property was neglected, cheap but not cheerful.

The apartment was adequate for our visit.Apartment was clean unlike communal areas. Lovely soft towels. Nice to have cooking facilities.

Entrance hall,lift,stairwells very dirty and unkempt.Same litter,empty coffee cups and cans remained in lobby area as well as broken plant pot and garbage in lift. Sofa in flat was like sitting on concrete,cheap Asda flat pillows which have seen better days. Damp smelling bathroom. Poor repair to hole in single bedroom wall. Scuffed bedroom walls. City views consisted of views of run down city council offices and houses.

Apartment was warm and had plenty of hot water. Glad to go leave and go home though.

The apartment is being advertised using the words "stunning" and "luxury." This is exaggerated! We stayed in January and I have only just had a chance to submit my review having just come back from a stay in Filey where we paid much less and the property outranked this place by a million. Although parts of the apartment were clean, there were dirty areas such as the dishwasher (which was awful) , cutlery, shower screen, and mirrors. We had to buy some cleaning products to clean it to our standard. The pillows have seen better days, and I was disgusted there were no pillow or mattress protectors, which is essential for a property renting to many guests! The towels felt like sandpaper. The toiletries are not the ones displayed in the photos. Many pots and pans were unusable and cheap and had seen better days. There were no cleaning products as such, just washing liquid but no sponge or tea towel. The cutlery was stained, and it is really the type you use for special occasions, not for high volume traffic. There are 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a single bed, no windows or wardrobe. Bedroom 2 is a great size with two double beds. There is a cheap small wardrobe that had 3 wire hangers, with much of it taken up by other bedding. There were exposed sprinkler fittings throughout the apartment. The sofa is the one in the pictures but with a significant amount of the sofa legs cut off!! Hence, it is incredibly low and very difficult to get up from. There is a Candy fridge freezer, Candy washing machine, Candy dishwasher (which barely cleaned dishes), toaster, microwave, and a plastic kettle. There are minimum kitchen items and no scissors, grater or colander. These basic kitchen items can be bought in a student starter pack so it makes no sense why there is so little provided. The hot water tap is very hot and really needs a safety sign. There are no instructions for any items in a folder, just a drawer full of instructions.

Loved our stay, well-equipped, all-new, and very communicative host answered all our needs. Great location- great value for money! We appreciated all the small details and the design was cosy and comfortable.

This is an absolutely beautiful, designed apartment, cosy, very comfortable, all new, and equipped and in a great city centre location.

Tudo bem com a acomodação, mas tive problemas no deposito que foi cobrado duas vezes do meu cartão e a anfitrião não me estornou meu dinheiro, não atende minhas mensagens, não resolve o problema.
