Breakfast was offered(bread and eggs) and there were cereals available and a huge bottle of fresh milk. Coffee capsule machine with capsules provided which was welcome. Beautiful tranquil setting in the country. Hosts were lovely.

It was rural and quiet. Could take lovely walks, do puzzles, play cards and read. It was fairly close to most things but you do need a car to get there. The owners are very friendly and welcoming and always on hand if you need anything. The available breakfast and the occasional dinners was also a lovely touch.
It could do with better water pressure in the shower. I couldn’t really make use of the bath because by the time the water had half filled up it was cold already. This is not a luxurious cottage by any means, there were a few issues with puddles of water coming into the bathroom after heavy rains but has everything you need to be comfortable.

There was a generous selection of foods available for breakfast including, tea, coffee, juice, eggs, bread and cereal. The hosts also provided a small amount of firewood for the chimney which unfortunately we didn't get a chance to us but was a lovely touch.
Nothing to complain about , we had a great stay.
