The view was fantastic! I loved sitting outside in the morning and having coffee while looking at the beautiful water! It was so peaceful! We loved the spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, balcony, kitchen and living/dining areas! We also very much appreciated having a washer and dryer! The close proximity to Smathers Beach was really nice! We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and being able to snorkel right off the property. Having a covered parking space in the garage was certainly an added bonus as well. We highly recommend Tom's Chicken Coop!
There was some construction noise from the other building at times, but it didn't really impact us too much.
