The condo was huge! Beds were very comfortable and loved the location. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding all over. Loved the balcony. Very nice pool area. Walkable to Smathers Beach and Higgs Beach.

The condo was specious, clean and had everything you need for your stay. Great location, short walk to the beach. The property was well maintained and plenty of lounge chairs at the pool.

We stayed here for part of spring break. I was traveling with my daughter and her two friends. There was major construction happening on all the condos to our left. Cement drilling started promptly at 7:30/8am and lasted all day. Super noisy which made for sleeping in and coffee hour hard. Wish we’d been given a heads up prior 😬 The community small beach and pool area was nice. The saving grace was the property manager!! He was a saint and God send. Couldn’t have asked for a better manager❤️
