The property itself features assigned secure parking spaces, 3 lighted tennis courts, one of which is the only clay court in Town. There are beautiful botanical gardens with picnic and BBQ areas.
The Olympic size heated pool sits on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, There is also a 20 person bubbling Jacuzzi tub.
High speed internet access.
Elevator Upgrade project taking place from June - September 2026 - Please note there will still be one working elevator in both the East and West building while this project is underway.

Nice overall,BUT closet doors off hinges and don’t stay closed.Faucet in bathroom does work well, unable to get hot water.Very minimal towels, old too!
