Top of the line full size fully equipped eat in Kitchen. Dining room area and spacious living room. Both Bedrooms and the living room open onto the expansive private balcony that runs the length of the unit. There is high speed internet access.
From the private balcony enjoy the ocean-breezes and view of the pool and Atlantic ocean.
The complex offers and Olympic size heated pool, 20 person Jacuzzi out by the pool. Botanical gardens with Picnic areas. For the sports enthusiast there are 3 lighted tennis courts. One of which is the only clay court on the Island.
Elevator Upgrade project taking place from June - September 2026 - Please note there will still be one working elevator in both the East and West building while this project is underway.

Great place to stay! Close enough to everytthign but far enough from the Party Streets! Great place to relax after a day to sight seeing. Really clean and has everything you need. Walking distance to swim beach.

Nice oceanside location. Pool area was cleaned daily. Garage access was good. The iguanas on the balcony were annoying. Had to check around before going out there. Master bathroom shower was nice.

The rental company couldn't have been nicer. Property was not on the main drag but within a short Uber ride and away from the noise. A couple nights it felt like someone was moving furniture late at night.
