This newly renovated two bedroom condo is close to the airport, beaches, restaurants and minutes away from Duval. Updated condominium in a quiet gated waterfront community. The open floor plan overlooks the lush gardens with sliding glass doors leading to the expansive patio surrounded by a beautiful tropical landscape.

Newly designer decorated throughout with a tasteful nautical decor that has you feeling like you are on vacation just stepping through the front door.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
This home offers a primary bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite shower bathroom. The guest room has two twin beds that can convert to a king upon request and its own bathroom directly across the hall. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa for additional sleeping.
DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
Start your stay on the island in this newly renovated, family friendly 2nd floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (elevator access to 2nd floor). A spacious open kitchen with an abundant selection of kitchen supplies to match your culinary skill. Well equipped with a variety of glassware, place settings and service pieces. You and your family or friends can all dine together at the 6 person dining room table (with additional bar top seating) or you may want to enjoy the fresh air as you sit on the balcony's patio table. You can also relax and watch tv in the open living room from the couch or love seat. Full-size washer and dryer is also included in the unit.
POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING...
Swim laps in the large heated, salt water community pool which overlooks the ocean with a community grill and fitness center nearby. The unit also comes with a pickle ball set as well as tennis rackets. Small beach area or walk to one of two nearby beaches, Higgs or Smathers (just a short 2 minute walk!). Bring your rackets and tennis balls to take advantage of the onsite tennis courts.
PARKING...
Enjoy one covered parking space in the garage (larger SUV's may not fit). Plenty of additional parking available in the open lots in front of the units at no additional cost.
CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!
CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

We had a great time at Atlantic Breeze. It's beautiful and had everything we needed. Beds are comfy and the kitchen was well-stocked. The balcony is HUGE. Property owner was super responsive. Note that, while there is a sandy area by the pool, rocks are between you and the ocean, so there's no getting your feet wet. But the view is beautiful, and the pool is really big. We walked a few blocks to the Paradise Cafe for morning coffee/breakfast (it's also open lunch and dinner), and we were a quick (10 min) golf cart or bike ride from the action on/near Duval Street. Ubers also easy to come by. We'd stay at Atlantic Breeze again in a heartbeat! It's lovely.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and inviting. My only problem was getting used to the climate. I am used to opening windows for fresh air but the instructions required keeping the windows closed to accomodate the AC. But the primary reason for keeping the windows closed are the biting insects.

This was a beautiful condo and very well kept up and clean. The grounds were lush and the view from the pool area was so pretty. It is also the most well stocked condo that we have ever stayed in. My husband and I did not need to buy any of the essentials, only our food. It was very peaceful and relaxing and I used their community library to find a book to read while I was there. We were not in the crowded noisy part of Key West but it was a short drive away. We also liked that we had a covered indoor garage for our car. We will return!
