Location. Location. On-site parking.
As per other reviews. In summer (May onwards), get the shutters down early. The place heats up very quickly. Road noise from 5:00 a.m. Its worth the inconvenience for proximity to town centre and on-site parking.
Parking report reported as faulty. It’s not, point the end with the hole at the gate. The owner didn’t seem to realise.

The location was the best, right at the edge of historic district. It was quiet, bed was comfy. Little grocery stores close by and Lidls isn't that far. Balcony with table was a nice amenity. Meeting place for tour was a 5 minute walk. Lucas met us at Lidls and gave us a lift to the apartment.
It's a bit used, but it had everything we needed, especially the kitchen. Bring shampoo and soap for shower. They hadn't turned on the heat yet so it was a bit chilly. The apartment is on the nonsunny side so couldn't warm up during the day.

Private parking with easy entrance. Location in the middle of village.
This apartment looks better in the photos than it does in reality. The toilet seat was completely broken, so it could barely stay on the toilet. Access to the bathroom is only through the bedroom, which is not practical. The biggest disappointment is the balcony: the apartment is on the first floor, and it overlooks the park, which hosts amusement park. There is loud music every day, you fell like you are in a disco. On weekends until midnight, a little less during the week. There was only one air fan in the apartment. At least one more would have been welcome, because you can't keep the windows open. I assume the park is only there temporarily and you might be lucky it won't be there. In addition, there is a street light right next to the balcony, which is fully lit and it is impossible to sit on this balcony in the evenings. So, the balcony is pretty useless; look at the photo.
