Le Grand Duplex de Rafael

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful location. Easy to find and a great base for exploring the town and area. Handy for the tip wirh free parking from the manager. Thank you for the wine and pate, a nice touch. Would definitely return.

The stairs - didn’t realise there was so many, one member of our party also found the bed too hard. The wifi wasn’t working, it’s not the end of the world, but signal is hit and miss with our own network and also the air box that was provided did not work either. Hopefully this will be resolved for them soon for other people that would expect it as advertised.

Superb location visited sarlat many times and this was great great space 2 bedrooms 2 en-suites and an extra toilet great AC and fans superb rack with easy access to essentials super clean linen for beds well supplied kitchen lovely thought of a bottle of wine and pate on arrival

The stairs carpet was very dirty for the first 2 nights and then it got hoovered. Cleaner not very pleasant or friendly. Abrupt nature manner of manger of property via text, we reported a couple of breakages plus dishwasher instructions not clear also I had to message 1 hour before arrival but as I was driving this was Difficult and the response I felt was off hand as were another couple of occasions when I reported a couple of breakages we found plus on checkout the fact we hadn’t set the dishwasher properly was highlighted .. we had stripped the beds and left everything as we had found it … there seems to be more and more expectation on the guest who is paying to do more and more and the cleaners less and less.. we have paid for a holiday …

位置好，干净卫生。舒适。

楼梯狭窄，卫生间洗漱池浅，下水很慢。

Fantastic location and parking in local car parks was easier than we thought it might be. It was also really quiet in the evenings.
