Great location. Fab shower and very comfy beds. Plenty of towels.
Lovely balcony for morning coffee with a great view.
Used all of the kitchen appliances with no issues.
Really appreciated the welcome goodies - thank you!
Outside area front and back looked a little tired and would have benefitted from a brush to rid the cobwebs.
Fan or portable AC unit might have been useful given the hot weather. Otherwise perfect!

The house was next to a main road with excellent local facilities but was situated in a quiet courtyard overlooking the river. Chester is a very easy walk from the house either along the main road or through the beautiful nearby Grosvenor Park. The walk along the river behind the house is also stunning.
The parking was a little tricky as the house is located at the end of a terraced row but off to one side of it.

Well equipped in a great location and lovely views over the river
There is only parking for one very small car and the en-suite is tiny and not really a second bathroom. We found no instructions on how to use anything (but managed). Back door wouldn’t open and some cleaning issues around windows / secondary double glazing.
