Property was as advertised, but the hearing was on when we arrived. Given we were in a heatwave a little bit of a shock on entering.
Property was absolutely fine, missing a collinder in the kitchen, but otherwise no complaints.

The property was clean, tidy and everything was in working order. The free WiFi was pretty good and it was easy to find a couple of car parking spaces close to the property.
Two of the bedrooms have two single beds. These bedrooms are fine for two children, or one adult. They might be a bit of a squeeze for two adults.

Great value for money - perfectly comfortable and clean caravan in a good location close to the gate to the cliffs. A lovely stay. Everything provided (toilet rolls, soap, sponge, etc) apart from towels, as stated in the description.
3 baking trays available in the oven (to cover off any concerns from previous reviews)
Nothing major at all - there was only one wine glass, but that’s not the end of the world and easy to resolve.
The bathroom towel rail is a bit rusty, as mentioned in other reviews, but it doesn’t really matter as it’s such great value and a lick of paint and it would be perfect.

Didn’t visit restaurant for breakfast
Appalling that after 5pm we were told we needed to buy a pass to use pub/restuarant facilities when website stated you had use of these without a pass. We feel it’s wrong to have to pay to buy a drink/food.
