Fantastic location in Barton-on-Sea!

Bayside is a ground floor. easy access, garden apartment with a sea view from the Garden, and on the edge of The New Forest. It’s been renovated to a high ‘Luxury Hotel Suite’ standard.
It's in the heart of Barton-on-Sea, just across the road from the path to the beach, the ‘Beachcomber Café’ and ‘Pebble Beach’ restaurant. The popular Cliff House bar, restaurant, hotel, with occasional live music etc., is about a 10 minute walk away,
New Milton shops, restaurants etc., and railway station is only about 1 mile away.
Bayside is a light, bright modern apartment with quality fittings.
Fibre high speed (60 + mbps) wi-fi internet, with 2 x 32" LED Smart TV's with built-in DVD players, in both living room and bedroom.
The kitchen area has a double ceramic hob, oven, sink, combi-microwave oven air fryer and good size fridge freezer. Nespresso Coffee machine.
A luxury bedroom with double bed, bedside chests of drawers and wardrobe. Also further storage in 4 drawers in the base of the bed.
There’s a Washer / Dryer in a cupboard with more storage space above for hanging clothes, storing baggage etc., a hotel style digital safe. Also an iron and ironing board, clothes horse, mop, vacuum cleaner and hair dryer.
Luxury shower room. With ‘rain effect’ over head shower plus hand held shower.
The living room has a large sofa which makes a good extra single bed.

Lovely place to stay for a few days. The entrance door leads you directly into the living space/kitchen area. Follow round to RHS takes you into the beautiful bedroom and further along to the stunning bathroom area. Its all very compact but well thought out! Plenty of amenities for 2 x persons, only issue is lack of a draining board for washing up, but there is a plate rack above sink with a drip tray! Location is great, a couple of restaurants/cafes literally across the road. Host was excellent, especially when the kettle stopped working, reported upon arrival, remedied the following morning, thank you!
Can I make a suggestion of a larger mat by front door for wet shoes/boots or a storage box under where TV is located for footwear after you arrive back? Thank you again for a very pleasant place to stay and excellent facilities.

Martin's apartment is in a very good location and can be used as a base to spend day trips in the New Forest and many coastal towns and villages. Or you can even walk over the road and you are on the beach which is amazing!The apartment is very clean (including Covid extra cleaned) and has everything you could need plus a very comfy bed! Collecting the key was very easy and Martin's communications to us from the start (after booking) to us leaving were extremely friendly and helpful. Hope to come back soon one day! :)
