Surrounding area was quiet which was great. Easy access to apartment Good communication from hosts. Nicely decorated kitchen/ dining/living area. Having two bathrooms was a bonus. Could do with a mirror in each bedroom.
Double bed wasn't comfortable, too soft. Bedroom curtains let in light.

The location was great and it was spotless. Even a Christmas Tree up which was a nice touch. Perfect for what we needed and would recommend again.
It’s close to a Premier Inn and for a combined group process it’s better value and more amenities, kitchen etc

The apartment was close to the city centre, this meant we could easily walk to shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable with two bathrooms. We knew it didn’t have parking but there was a public car park a short walk away.
The entrance to the building door was very stiff, resulting in it needing to be pulled or pushed very hard. The bedrooms would have benefited from some drawers we could have put our clothes (wardrobes had duvets etc in).

Bedding was cheap and in ironed
Curtains hanging off and not able to close
Dirty bins in both bathrooms, rubbish from previous guests
Nail clippers in cutlery draw
Wardrobe just full of bundles of untidy laundry and cleaning stuff
