Ideal location for overnight stay in Exeter with friends

Surrounding area was quiet which was great. Easy access to apartment Good communication from hosts. Nicely decorated kitchen/ dining/living area. Having two bathrooms was a bonus. Could do with a mirror in each bedroom.

Double bed wasn't comfortable, too soft. Bedroom curtains let in light.

For a little city stay it’s perfect.

The location was great and it was spotless. Even a Christmas Tree up which was a nice touch. Perfect for what we needed and would recommend again. It’s close to a Premier Inn and for a combined group process it’s better value and more amenities, kitchen etc

We had an enjoyable stay in this modern apartment close to the city centre.

The apartment was close to the city centre, this meant we could easily walk to shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable with two bathrooms. We knew it didn’t have parking but there was a public car park a short walk away.

The entrance to the building door was very stiff, resulting in it needing to be pulled or pushed very hard. The bedrooms would have benefited from some drawers we could have put our clothes (wardrobes had duvets etc in).

Wardrobe in Bed 1 full of mattresses/doonas for living room couches so no hanging space and no other shelves or storage. Could at least have a rack for suitcase. Needs a ledge or shelf in shower.

Spacious apartment in good location

There's a spacious, modern living room with two sofa beds. There are two bathrooms. The location is within easy walking distance of the city centre.

There's no parking. The two single beds are a bit narrow.

Pleasant apartment in good location.

Location, comfortable beds and good shower. WiFi worked well. Spacious for two people. The smoke alarm in the outside corridor was constantly beeping when we arrived but it was fixed by the next day. The staff were very helpful. The instruction book was helpful. Quiet apartment and neighbourhood.

Finding Langwith house was difficult as the instructions were incorrect. From the Magdalen Road car park we were instructed to take the steps leading to the crossing and find the diagonal path to the side of the white building. This was not correct. The other end of the car park has a ramp ( not steps) that leads to the crossing and diagonal path. The ramp is next to the entrance where you drive in with a car. As a result we arrived at Langwith House to find a lot of key boxes, but not ours. Fortunately we were early enough to ask advice from a very helpful young woman in an office who told us that we were at the rear of Langwith and our key was in a box at the front door. There is no parking on site and the car park is five minutes away and daily costs are high. The bedroom wardrobes were filled with linen and household products so there was nowhere to hang clothes. Surprisingly there wasn’t a recycling bin in the apartment or in the outside main refuse area. The large Magdalen road car park has no EV charger. The deposit hasn’t been returned so far.

I would recommend this apartment.if they upgrade the mattresses on the beds it would be a 9 or 10 out of10

Lovely stay

Really great apartment. Well equipped with Everything you could need. Location is lovely, nice quiet spot. Super close to the city centre for shopping etc.

Great location close to the Cathedral and city centre. Had everything we needed for our stay.

Lock box instructions confusing and not labelled as instructed. The apartment was unbearably hot due to all the heaters being left on during a heat wave! It took several hours for the apartment to cool down after talking with the hosts. Main bathroom fan did not work. Would have been helpful to have an extra key.

The parcking is far the sleeping rooms are very small and the bad is neare the wall, so you cant get to it from both sids No bed lite to read in bad No place to put our lugege

Perfect location, great apartment and parking nearby.

Super easy to get in - key code at door. Public car park 4 min walk away. Apartment is located just a minute or two from the Cathedral. Super clean, nice towels, nice bedding and great shampoo etc in the bathrooms. Oh, and the apartment block is so quiet, absolutely no noise from residents.

Central but peaceful apartment!

In a quiet location but so close to the centre of Exeter - about a 5 minute walk from the Cathedral. The apartment was clean and comfortable and just what we wanted for a 2 night stopover whilst visiting our son who lives in the city but doesn't have the room to accommodate us to stay at his place. We were aware that it had no parking which was not a problem as it is only a short walk from a decent car park. Having tea, coffee, and sugar provided is always welcome and also hand-wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner too as it saves on things to pack! Communication with the host was great and near instant replies to any questions we had - thanks Kayleigh!

Wouldn’t stay again

Bedding was cheap and in ironed Curtains hanging off and not able to close Dirty bins in both bathrooms, rubbish from previous guests Nail clippers in cutlery draw Wardrobe just full of bundles of untidy laundry and cleaning stuff

Hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond, apartment was spotlessly clean and furnished to a very high standard, location was amazing! Really good value for money Will book again in the future, thankyou!

Only a small thing but curtains in the twin room aren't big enough so let light in.
