Location was excellent with an easy short walk to the centre. Secure off street parking. Small studio with good facilities.

Perfect location, minutes walk to town centre. Parking plus the apartment had everything you would need.
Shower doors do not close together. Shower overhead fav vent dirty, requires vacuuming. Another car took my alloted parking spot so had to park in another bay.

The apartment is perfect for a short stay in Exeter. It is clean, well-equipped, and exceptionally comfortable. The customer service and communication were excellent, with both Ian and Eniko going above and beyond to ensure our stay was as good as it could have been. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to everybody! We will be rebooking for future visits to Exeter!
There was nothing to dislike. Everything was more than expected and exceeded our expectations.
